We are happy to share that the Cluj-Napoca Local Council has voted in favour of granting the Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ) approval for the redevelopment of the former Carbochim industrial platform into a vibrant mixed-use destination. This project will be jointly developed by Atterbury Europe and Iulius Group and is valued at over €500 million.
The redevelopment will feature Romania’s largest retail space (over 120,000 sqm), with modern offices, cultural venues and innovative entertainment options. At the heart of this transformation will be an impressive urban garden, offering access to the scenic Someș River.
