Who we are

Atterbury Europe is a privately owned Dutch property investment, asset management and development company focusing on Central and Eastern Europe. Since our inception in 2014, Atterbury Europe has made investments in three jurisdiction (Cyprus, Serbia and Romania), representing gross assets with a market value exceeding of € 1.75 billion.

Our head office is in The Nederlands and we have representation in each operational jurisdiction via direct employees and/or joint venture resources.

We understand that sustainability is not only important for the environment but also for the communities where our properties are located.

MPC Properties is a long-term stakeholder in the SEE region with deep market knowledge. The entire senior management team has prior experience with successfully delivering on investments in the region. Primarily dedicated to real estate investment and management with the crucial aim to increase value through active initiatives, MPC Properties’ development strategy defines new standards.
