Project Rivus (Cluj)

Together with Iulius Group and Attrius Developments, Atterbury Europe is planning a mixed-use development encompassing up to 170,000 m² in Cluj-Napoca, a city in northwestern Romania. The planning permission process (“PUZ”) has been approved by the Cluj-Napoca Local Council.

The leasing process has commenced with pleasing results at this early stage of the project. Construction has commenced with demolition works and is estimated to last 2.5 years.
