Cluj – Napoca
Together with Iulius Group and Attrius Developments, Atterbury Europe is planning a mixed-use development encompassing up to 170,000 m² in Cluj-Napoca, a city in northwestern Romania. The planning permission process (“PUZ”) is progressing well and in accordance with the projected timelines.
The leasing process has commenced with pleasing results at this early stage of the project. Construction is earmarked to commence in Q2 2024 with demolition works and is estimated to last 2.5 years.
