• The concept and design philosophy of the proposed Mall of Limassol is to deliver on destination and local retail offerings in the upper market region of Limassol, which is missing from the current experience.
• The site is almost perfectly located in a prominent residential area with good accessibility.
• The first floor will cover all retail aspects from fashion, services, sports and other general retail offerings. The second floor is dedicated to family entertainment which includes a cinema, kiddies’ activity zone and a fast foods offering which spills out onto a covered food court seating area with views towards the ocean.
• The design is focused on the integration of Old and Modern into a vibrant destination that offers retail and family entertainment experiences in a state-of-the-art retail facility.
