What special events or promotions could visitors look forward to experiencing to celebrate UŠĆE’s birthday?
To celebrate UŠĆE’s 15th birthday, we planned an exciting birthday shopping weekend at the end of March. Over 100 brands offered discounts of up to 60%, making it the perfect time for visitors to enjoy great savings. Additionally, we ran a raffle until the end of April, where visitors could win daily prizes of 12,000 RSD, weekly prizes of 60,000 RSD and a grand prize of a million dinars. An engaging photo opportunity was also available on Central Square to allow visitors to capture unique memories.

UŠĆE enjoys a prime location in New Belgrade, an area bustling with residential buildings, offices and hotels. The mall is easily accessible by car, public transportation, and pedestrian pathways. For 15 years, UŠĆE has been the leading shopping destination in Serbia, attracting top retailers and offering a diverse range of shopping experiences.

UŠĆE boasts an impressive mix of attractive and popular brands, making it a prime shopping destination. The mall features an 11-hall cinema, a gym, a supermarket, and a buzzing food court, offering something for everyone.
Looking ahead, what exciting developments or expansions are in store for UŠĆE Shopping Center, and how does the team envision continuing to enhance the overall shopping experience for visitors in the future?
We have embarked on a significant refurbishment project that began in March and is expected to be completed by April next year. The redevelopment includes additional escalators, new interior floors, lights and ceilings. Highlights of the refurbishment include a new food court on the 3rd floor, the relocation of Zara to a new 4,000+ sqm store, and a new sit-down restaurant on the ground floor with a terrace facing Brankov Bridge.
In terms of ESG initiatives, we will implement water-saving measures, solar panels, an urban garden, recycling, e-bikes and e-scooters, electric car charging, a green roof, composting and bike parking once the refurbishment is complete.
