Pull&Bear and Oysho are bringing their latest store concepts to Mall of Cyprus this week, marking another important step in the continued evolution of one of Cyprus’ leading retail destinations
The new stores are particularly significant as they will be the first Pull&Bear and Oysho locations in Greece and Cyprus to introduce the brands’ latest concepts.
Both brands have a strong following in Cyprus, and their continued investment at Mall of Cyprus strengthens the centre’s fashion, sports and lifestyle offering while giving customers access to the same contemporary retail environments found in leading shopping destinations elsewhere in Europe.
For Mall of Cyprus, the openings also demonstrate the value of close collaboration with its retail partners and reinforce the centre’s position as a destination where major international brands are willing to invest, expand and introduce their newest concepts.

Pull&Bear: a completely transformed experience
The Pull&Bear store has been completely transformed to introduce the brand’s latest concept, reflecting its evolving aesthetic and technological approach.
Spanning more than 750 square metres, the store introduces a digital-first, minimalist design that brings together a variety of textures and materials. Metallic finishes are combined with industrial elements and wooden accents, while carefully integrated lighting guides customers through the different areas of the store.
The new concept places the shopping experience at its core, encouraging interaction and self-expression. A key feature is a modular display system arranged into a series of ‘rooms’, designed to enhance product visibility and create a more intuitive presentation.

The store also boasts fully integrated digital communication, with screens positioned throughout the space and polycarbonate light boxes incorporated into the design. Assisted checkout points, which can also process returns, support greater efficiency and convenience.
Dedicated areas showcase the latest Pull&Bear lines, including STWD, the brand’s streetwear-inspired menswear collection, and Pacific Republic for womenswear. Both have been redesigned to strengthen the connection between customers and product.
The result is an innovative and versatile retail environment that reflects Pull&Bear’s young, dynamic and contemporary identity while responding to the changing expectations of today’s consumers.

Oysho: more space for movement
Oysho is not only introducing its latest concept at Mall of Cyprus, but is also relocating from approximately 280 square metres to around 600 square metres, more than doubling its previous footprint.
The significantly larger store reflects the brand’s growing focus on sports and athleisure, bringing together collections for fitness, yoga, Pilates, barre, running, outdoor activities and everyday leisure.
It gives customers access to a much broader representation of the Oysho offer within an environment closely aligned with the brand’s positioning around movement, wellbeing and an active lifestyle.
Natural materials, mineral textures and warm finishes create a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere, while the layout provides a more intuitive and immersive journey through the different collections.
The new concept brings sport, style and functionality together and represents a significant enhancement to the activewear and lifestyle offering at Mall of Cyprus.

Investing in continuous evolution
Attracting new brands remains important, but continued reinvestment by successful existing retailers is equally valuable to the long-term performance of a shopping centre.
Retail is constantly evolving, and Mall of Cyprus works closely with its partners to identify opportunities to expand successful stores, relocate them into more suitable spaces and introduce their latest concepts.
This investment strengthens more than the individual retailer. It enhances the overall quality of the shopping centre, improves the tenant mix and gives customers reasons to return. It is also a strong indication of retailers’ confidence in Mall of Cyprus as a location in which to commit capital for the long term.

This approach forms part of a broader asset management strategy based on continuous evolution rather than waiting for major refurbishment cycles. The team regularly reviews the tenant mix, store sizes and customer offering to identify opportunities for improvement – from welcoming first-to-market brands to supporting established retailers as they grow.
Pull&Bear and Oysho are two examples of that strategy in action, with further changes planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.
For Mall of Cyprus, the objective remains clear: to be the first choice for leading international retailers entering or investing in the Cyprus market and the first choice for its customers.
The latest Pull&Bear and Oysho concepts are another step in delivering on that ambition.
